To give you maximum control over food preparation, the vacuum sealer offers several operating modes. Normal mode is tailored for standard and firm foods, while the softer Gentle mode ensures gentler air extraction for softer ingredients. For particularly sensitive ingredients, use the manual pulse vacuuming mode, where you extract air step-by-step with each press and stop the process at the exact moment you need.
