Installation
Add a new sensor to your existing security system by scanning the unique QR code on the device's body. Physical installation is done on a flat wall surface using the included wall plugs and screws. For optimal functionality, the manufacturer recommends placing it at a height of 1.8 to 2.2m above floor level. Integrated mounting holes in the rear of the housing make it easy to anchor the detector precisely.
Sensitivity settings and operating modes
Users can set the sensor's sensitivity to three different levels directly in the mobile app. You can choose from high, medium, or low sensitivity depending on the specifics of the room. The detector supports instant alarm, entry delay, exit delay, and a special 'at home' operating mode. All parameters are set completely wirelessly, with no need for physical intervention with the sensor's internal electronics.
Energy efficiency
Power is provided by a single CR123A battery, which keeps the sensor operational for up to 5 years, depending on the frequency of motion detection. The standby current consumption is only 0.03mA, which contributes to the long life of the power cell. The app automatically notifies the user when the battery needs replacing as its capacity drops. The user can check the battery status and overall device activity remotely on their mobile phone at any time.
Security features and visual indicators
An integrated LED serves as a light indicator when motion is detected and stays on continuously if the battery is low. The sensor settings allow the light signal to be turned off completely for discreet operation indoors. The device has mechanical tamper protection in the form of a tamper switch, which detects unauthorised opening of the cover.
