ID-COOLING AS-120-ARGB-W

ID-COOLING AS-120-ARGB-W
The ID-COOLING AS-120 PC fan with ARGB effectively manages airflow inside your PC case and helps cool key components. As a 120mm fan, it offers a great balance between performance and size. Speed is controlled via a 4-pin PWM connector, which adjusts the speed across a wide range from 300 to 2000rpm. This quiet PC fan uses a hydraulic bearing. ARGB backlighting with 11 individually addressable LEDs allows you to visually customise your build. With an airflow of 98.54m³/h and a static pressure of 1.94mmH₂O, this PWM fan is suitable for universal use.
Key features of the ID-COOLING AS-120-ARGB-W PC fan
- Hydraulic bearing for quiet and stable operation
- PWM controllable speed range from 300 to 2000rpm
- Airflow reaches up to 98.54m³/h
- Anti-vibration elements to reduce vibration transfer
- Lighting consists of 11 individually addressable ARGB LEDs
- Daisy-chain connectors make it easy to link multiple fans
Quiet and stable operation
The hydraulic bearing reduces friction and operational noise thanks to an internal oil circuit that ensures constant lubrication of moving parts. This type of bearing contributes to the overall quiet operation, with noise levels not exceeding 27.2dB at 2000rpm. Under low system load, the 300rpm rotation speed is virtually silent. The fluid lubrication also effectively dampens vibrations and wear, extending the fan's operational reliability.
Fan backlighting
The fan features 11 individually addressable RGB LEDs, which you control via a standard 5V 3-pin ARGB header on your motherboard. This enables you to synchronise lighting effects with other components using the motherboard manufacturer's software. The daisy-chain function simplifies connecting multiple fans in series. Integrated male and female connectors for both PWM and ARGB provide the connection, reducing the number of cables running to the motherboard.
Construction and vibration damping
The fan's sturdy frame features rubber anti-vibration pads on all eight mounting points. These elements absorb vibrations generated during rotation and prevent them from transferring to the PC case structure. This reduces the overall resonant noise of the build. The optimised aerodynamic profile of the seven blades directs airflow and reduces turbulence. This design promotes quiet operation even at higher speeds.
Fan performance
The fan generates an airflow of up to 98.54m³/h, which determines its ability to vent heat from the open space of the case. At the same time, it develops a static pressure of 1.94mmH₂O, which defines its power to push air through obstacles. The balanced ratio between airflow and static pressure makes this fan a versatile choice. It works effectively both when mounted in case positions and when fitted to the dense fins of heatsinks or water-cooling radiators.
