This War of Mine is a social board game inspired by the award-winning computer game of the same name. It is a strategic and cooperative game with a strong focus on narrative and player decisions. The story is set in a wartime setting, in a half-decayed house in the middle of a war-torn city. Players are in the role of civilians who fight for survival every day and night. They are securing their shelter, looking for food and other things that might come in handy, as well as trying to maintain their humanity. They make joint decisions that more or less and sooner or later affect all players who have a common goal, which is to survive until the end of the war. This War of Mine is intended exclusively for adult players. It contains disturbing and brutal scenes.
