The HENDI Mastercook Digital range of tabletop fryers with drain taps is made from 18/0 stainless steel. The fryers contain removable elements with a safety switch-off that activates upon removal. The oil tank has a V-shaped bottom to ensure an optimal cool zone and extend the life of the oil. A clear digital control panel with temperature and timer settings. A safety thermostat protects against overheating and can be reactivated using the reset button located under the heating element. The frying basket with an extra-long handle makes these fryers ideal for intensive use.
