Meet the new member of your household - Google Home
When it comes to smart home technology, Google has great ambitions and Google Home is a glimpse of things to come. Google Home is essentially a digital assistant with artificial intelligence. Its knowledge base begins and ends with an internet connection, or Google's servers, to be more precise. For now, voice commands are available only in English.
Function
At home, you now put away your smart phone. With Google Home, you can change your calendar schedule with a simple voice command.
Scalability
You can buy your own Google Home for each and every room in your apartment. Everything will be perfectly connected.
Partners
Google Home is open to a variety of affiliate applications including Spotify or TuneIn.
Control
Besides voice commands, there are also several basic controls in the form of a handy touchpad at the top of the device.
Use everything the modern era offers
Google Home can make your life much easier. Do you want to create a shopping list or check the current traffic situation before you head to work? Just ask your digital assistant and you will have your answer within a few seconds. The assistant listens to the commands only if you start them by saying the famous "OK Google" phrase.
Control your household appliances
Google Home can also control smart home appliances such as light bulbs, a thermostat or a washing machine. Compatibility is guaranteed with selected Nest, Samsung SmartThings, Philips Hue and IFTTT products.
