Powerful delivery with a digital Twin VRM design
The power system consists of a digital Twin VRM design in a 12+2+2 phase configuration (realised as a 6+6 parallel design). 12 VCORE phases with 60A DrMOS modules power the processor, 2 SOC phases with 60A DrMOS modules handle the integrated graphics and memory management, and 2 MISC phases power the PCIe lanes connected to the processor. This configuration provides stable performance even when overclocking multi-core processors. Power is supplied by a 24-pin ATX connector and a 4+8-pin CPU connector combination featuring UD Solid Pin technology, which improves conductivity and reduces wear from repeated connections.
Advanced cooling for continuous operation
Thermal management is handled by an all-metal cooling system with massive VRM heatsinks, which offer four times the cooling surface area of standard solutions. Thermal pads with a conductivity of 5W/mK efficiently dissipate heat from the power components. All three M.2 slots are covered by the M.2 Thermal Guard Ext., which reduces temperatures by up to 7°C thanks to its small ventilation openings. The Smart Fan 6 system allows for detailed adjustment of cooling profiles for quiet yet effective operation, while the BIOS also supports direct control of AIO liquid coolers.
DDR5 memory with AI-powered overclocking
The board features four dual-channel DDR5 slots with support for AMD EXPO™ profiles. D5 Bionic Corsa technology uses advanced AI-powered overclocking to achieve high DDR5 memory performance of up to 8200MT/s. The AI-driven PCB design optimises signal paths on the board for better stability at high frequencies. The HyperTune BIOS feature offers advanced AI-driven optimisations for easily achieving good parameters without manual tuning.
