The sound is transferred from the iPod in digital form and processed by the advanced audio circuitry on the DENON RCD-M40 resulting in absolutely pure audio output. USB memory plays MP3 and WMA files, as well as lossless FLAC, WAV and AAC.

The DENON RCD-M40 sound system now has two optic inputs in its arsenal, making it possible to use this system as a superb high definition home cinema sound system.
