The De'Longhi Rivelia Start EXAM 420.55. coffee machine offers 10 preset hot and cold drinks. It prepares espresso, coffee, long black style coffee, cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato, hot milk, hot water, iced coffee, iced espresso and Cold Brew. The Cold Brew drink is ready in less than 5 minutes. The LatteCrema Hot technology prepares automatic milk foam at just the right temperature. Theoptional LatteCrema Cool Upgrade kit extends the range to include six cold milk drinks.
Delicious cappuccino with a creamy foam
The patented LatteCrema Hot system automatically prepares the perfect cappuccino with creamy milk foam. You can even choose one of three frothing levels – hot milk, medium foam or thick foam. The LatteCrema system can also handle frothing plant-based drinks. For easier maintenance, the milk carafe is equipped with a cleaning function that starts a rinsing cycle with water and a jet of steam.
Bean Switch system for alternating coffee beans
The Bean Switch system uses two interchangeable coffee bean hoppers, each with a capacity of 250g. The Switch mode allows you to empty the grinder before changing hoppers by preparing a coffee or just by grinding the beans. The integrated grinder grinds the coffee beans just before each drink is prepared. The coffee machine also supports the use of ground coffee. You can prepare every drink with asingle touch.
Cold brew drinks in under 5 minutes
With De'Longhi's "Cold Extraction" technology, you can prepare a refreshing Cold Brew in under 5 minutes. At the touch of a button, you can prepare a Cold Brew. This recipe is based on drip coffee, where the coffee machine works with low pressure and water at room temperature.A classic Cold Brew steeps for up to 24 hours, but you can enjoy the full flavour of this drink in less than 5 minutes.
Always freshly ground coffee
A fine and even grind is essential to get the best aroma from your coffee. De'Longhi coffee machines have a built-in steel grinder with 13 grind settings. The steel grinding burrs are perfectly precise, resistant to damage and neutral to the taste of the coffee. This is the type of grinder used by professional baristas! In addition, thanks to the "Tubeless System", the amount of ground coffee left inthe grinder is reduced to a minimum. Your espresso is always prepared from freshly ground coffee.
"Extra Shot" function
If you need an extra boost, you can use the "Extra Shot" function, which adds an extra 30ml shot of espresso to your drink. Whether it's a cappuccino, flat white or americano, this function will add strength and intensity to your favourite drink.
