The de Buyer Choc B BOIS 8788.24 domed pan with non-stick coating is ideal for gentle cooking, reheating and reuse. The pan is made of 4mm forged aluminum that is resistant to deformation. The base made of ferritic stainless steel AISI 430 is induction compatible. The pan is also equipped with an ultra-resistant and reinforced black textured inner and outer coating of the latest generation, providing optimal glide, extreme performance and high resistance to abrasion and high temperatures. The black steel handle is decorated with two plates of Vosges beech wood with a beeswax finish that protects against heat and makes it easier to grip. The riveted and curved French-style handle provides safe, easy and ergonomic handling.
