Preparation
Grind the coffee to a coarseness suitable for your chosen coffee preparation methour We supply the coffee as whole beans (not ground) as standard.
Storage
Only open the coffee just before preparation. Even then, you don't need to transfer it to anything. Simply close the bag again using the zip. The three-layer packaging protects the coffee from the air, while a one-way valve allows the naturally produced carbon dioxide to escape. This allows the beans to degas, but not go stale. Keep the package somewhere with a stable temperature and low humidity – which is definitely not the fridge or freezer. The coffee would unnecessarily absorb moisture and surrounding odours. Even our special bags wouldn't help here.
