The Qi2.2 certification ensures precise magnetic alignment of your phone with the charging pad and enables high-power wireless performance. You can charge a compatible phone with up to 25W of power, so its battery will recharge significantly faster than with standard 7.5W or 15W wireless charging. An iPhone 17 Pro Max can be charged to approximately 50% in 25 minutes.
Active cooling maintains stable performance
The integrated fan actively dissipates heat from both the phone and the charging surface during charging. The lower operating temperature reduces overheating and helps maintain a stable charging speed, even on longer drives, when using navigation, or in high ambient temperatures.
Strong hold with 24 N55 magnets
The magnetic system uses 24 precisely placed N55 magnets that automatically guide the phone into the correct position. The strong magnetic connection keeps the device securely in place even when driving on uneven roads, braking sharply, or going around corners. You can still easily attach and remove the phone with one hand.
Colourful RGB lighting enlivens the car interior and FOD protection warns of metal objects
A transparent ring around the charging pad creates an impressive lighting effect. With a single press, you can switch between colourful, blue, purple, yellow and green lighting. A long press turns the light on or off, and the memory function restores the last selected colour the next time you use it. The Foreign Object Detection (FOD) feature recognises if a metal object is between the phone and the charging pad. When it detects one, the light starts flashing red, alerting you to the incorrect placement and helping to prevent unnecessary heating, energy waste, or damage to the device.
Adjustable metal hook for the air vent
The mount is secured with a metal hook that catches onto an air vent slat and is then tightened by turning it. The adjustable hook length from 9 to 28.5mm ensures a stable installation on various types of classic vents. The maximum supported slat thickness is 3.6mm. The mount is particularly suitable for standard horizontal and vertical slats. It is not intended for some round turbine-style vents, honeycomb grilles, or vents without a suitable slat for the hook to catch onto.
Charging power according to the connected phone
For compatible iPhone 17 series phones, charging speeds of up to 25W can be achieved. Selected iPhone 16 and iPhone 17 Air series phones support up to 20W, while the iPhone 12, 13, 14, and 15 model series can be charged at up to 15W. To achieve the highest available power, you need a compatible phone, an up-to-date system, and a sufficiently powerful power adapter.
USB-C power with PD and QC 3.0 support
The ChoeTech charger uses a modern USB-C input and supports 5V/2A, 9V/2A, or 12V/2A power. To achieve the maximum power of 25W, a compatible adapter with Power Delivery or Quick Charge 3.0 technology is recommended. The construction from PC and ABS materials combines low weight with durability for daily use in the car.
