In addition to strength training and resistance training, the band can be used in preparation for cross-country races. Due to two flexible velcro fasteners, it can be easily fixed around the waist for accelerating and sprint training. The band is not cut and allows training of cross-country running technique.

Maintenance :
The strengthening band can be washed with standard detergent at 60°C. Do not use bleach or chlorine; the band should not be dried in a tumble dryer. When exposed to direct sunlight for a long time, the band will fade and wrinkles faster.
