The AXAGON PCES-SA4M2 PCI-Express controller expands your desktop PC with two SATA III ports and two SATA M.2 disk slots, offering transfer speeds of up to 6Gb/s. The combination of a two-port SATA III controller and two SATA M.2 slots makes this card a very useful device for upgrading your computer. It lets you easily connect up to four drives, for example, two 3.5" drives or optical drives and two SATA M.2 drives. Equipped with an ASMedia chipset, the card supports not only the SATA 3.0 specification but also other SATA technologies like Hot-Plug, Native Command Queue (NCQ), TRIM, and Port Multiplier. Installation is straightforward, with no need for drivers in most operating systems. Thanks to the included low-profile bracket, the controller can be fitted into both standard and low-profile PC cases.
