ASUS ROG Strix GS-BE7200
The ASUS ROG Strix GS-BE7200 WiFi router supports the WiFi 7 standard and offers dual-band connectivity with a total transmission speed of up to 7,200Mbps. It supports Wireless Router, AiMesh Node, Access Point, Media Bridge, and Repeater operating modes. The router is equipped with a 2.0GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of DDR4 memory, 128MB Flash, and six internal antennas. The six internal antennas also improve the 5GHz band range and provide up to 15% higher throughput over longer distances compared to standard 5GHz 4T4R routers. The device supports WiFi 7 (802.11be), WiFi 6 (802.11ax), IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, IPv4, and IPv6 standards. The wireless part uses a 4×4 configuration in the 2.4GHz band and a 5×5 configuration in the 5GHz band. The router supports MU-MIMO, OFDMA, Beamforming, 4096-QAM, and a channel width of up to 160MHz. The maximum transmission speed is 1,376Mbps in the 2.4GHz band and 5,764Mbps in the 5GHz band.

AiMesh System
AiMesh technology allows you to create an expandable network from compatible ASUS routers. Six internal antennas improve the 5GHz band range and provide up to 15% higher throughput over longer distances compared to standard 5GHz 4T4R routers. WiFi 7-enhanced AiMesh supports the creation of a secure and expandable network for compatible ASUS routers.
Security and Connectivity
The router supports AiProtection, Firewall, Security Scan, Let's Encrypt, DNS-over-TLS, SSH, and WPS security features. AiProtection includes Router Security Assessment, Malicious Site Blocking, Advertisement Blocking, and Tracker Blocking. The device supports WPA/WPA2/WPA3 Personal and WPA/WPA2/WPA3 Enterprise encryption. Parental controls with support for up to 64 profiles are also available, as well as extensive VPN features including WireGuard, OpenVPN, IPSec, L2TP, PPTP, VPN Fusion, and Instant Guard. The router offers a total wired capacity of 12.5Gbps. It is equipped with one 2.5Gbps WAN port and four 2.5Gbps LAN ports. A power adapter with a 12V / 2.5A output is included in the package.
