Alluni caffé Camillo is coffee roasted in the family-run roastery Alunni caffé, run by Alessia Alunni. In the roastery, coffee is roasted according to the original tradition of Italian espresso. It serves more than 1,200 businesses including bars and restaurants in Rome and its province, distributors in 11 Italian and 30 international regions, as well as 25 private label companies. Alluni caffé's organization has obtained ISO 9001:2015 and 22001:2018 quality certification, as well as organic coffee production and Halal certification for the Asian market.
