Ajax MotionCam Outdoor (PhOD) is a wireless outdoor motion detector with an integrated camera that provides instant visual verification of an alarm. Thanks to the combination of two PIR sensors and the advanced LISA algorithm, it can reliably distinguish between real intrusions and common phenomena, minimizing false alarms. In the event of an event, it captures sequences of images that are encrypted and sent to the Ajax Security System or the security agency's monitoring software. Ajax MotionCam Outdoor (PhOD) is designed for harsh outdoor environments and provides maximum resistance to dust, water and extreme temperatures. The IP55 protection rating together with temperature compensation technology allows operation from -25 °C to +60 °C. The package includes a protective canopy that protects the sensors against rain and snow and also supports the anti-masking function.
