WOWME Ring lasts up to 10 days without charging
With a battery life of up to 10 days on a single charge during typical use, you do not need to take the Wowme Ring off every night, allowing you to comfortably track your sleep. A full charge takes approximately two hours. The package includes a practical charging case into which you simply place the ring and connect it to a power source using the supplied USB-C cable. The case does not have its own battery and is only used for charging from an external power source.

How to wear your smart ring correctly
For the most accurate measurements, the ring must fit your finger correctly. We recommend wearing it on the index finger of your non-dominant hand, or alternatively on your middle or ring finger. It should fit snugly and comfortably around your finger, but must not be too tight or spin freely. The sensor section must face the palm side of your finger to maintain contact with your skin and reliably record data.
