The WMF Function 4 low casserole with a 20cm diameter is a practical kitchen helper for making broths, soups and stews. High-quality Cromargan® stainless steel gives the cookware an elegant look and exceptional durability. A multi-functional four-position lid lets you cook with minimal water, pour off liquids easily, or strain pasta and rice. The wide pouring rim ensures drip-free pouring. An integrated internal measuring scale makes it easy to measure ingredients directly inside the pan. The TransTherm® universal base ensures optimal heat distribution and retention. Hollow handles reduce heat transfer, staying cooler to the touch while cooking on the hob. This casserole is suitable for all hob types, including induction.
1 lid, 4 functions
The multi-functional lid features four positions for different cooking methods. The closed position lets you cook with minimal water, while the open position makes pouring off liquid simple. Use the large strainer for pasta and the small strainer for rice.
Heat-insulated handles
The hollow construction of the handles reduces heat transfer from the pan, keeping them cooler and more comfortable to touch during stovetop cooking. This ensures safer, easier handling. Note that this feature does not apply when used in the oven.
Convenient measuring
An integrated internal measuring scale lets you measure liquids directly inside the casserole. Keep track of how much water or stock you need without having to use a separate measuring jug.
