Mouthguard moulding
All mouthguards must be fitted to your set of teeth. The typical Boil & Bite fitting method works by immersing the mouthguard in hot water for 15 seconds, putting it on, and gently biting down on it (take care to not bite it through). If the first moulding attempt does not produce a good fit, you can repeat the whole process.
