MARBO MH-U204 ladders allow you to exercise all muscle groups. They can be used for standing, strengthening the abdomen and back, pulling the knees to the chest or for stretching. They are made of steel construction and designed for wall mounting, which is realized in 12 places. Equipped with 10 crossbars with a diameter of 30 mm, each crossbar is fixed to the structure from the front side. This eliminates stretching of the crossbars and increases comfort during exercise. The ladders can be combined with the MARBO Sport MH-U205 2in1 adapter, which serves as a support for handles and height-adjustable bars. MARBO MH-U204 are a great addition to your home gym.
