The Livefy Fit Plate vibration plate provides an effective full-body workout in the comfort of your home. Thanks to intense, high-frequency vibrations, you can activate your muscles, tone your figure and improve blood circulation without strenuous movement. A full-body workout without straining your joints

The plate uses modern vibration technology to stimulate muscle groups without the need for intense movement. Vibrations with an amplitude of 0.8mm and a frequency ranging from 7–13Hz activate muscles, promote calorie burning and help tone your figure. Exercising on the plate does not strain your joints and is suitable for strength training, aerobic activity and relaxing stretches. With the included resistance bands with adjustable length, you can also effectively work out your arms, back and shoulders.

Clear controls and automatic programmes

Setting up your workout is completely intuitive. You can control all functions either directly on the LED panel or using the wireless remote control with a range of 1.5 metres. You can choose from a total of 120 vibration speed levels, which you can adjust to your current fitness level. In addition to manual settings, there are also three preset modes – walk, jog and sprint. The practical timer lets you set the workout duration for up to 20 minutes.

Massage surface for better recovery

The surface of the plate has a special texture that massages your feet during exercise. This acupressure massage stimulates the reflex points on the soles of your feet, which helps to improve blood circulation, relieve muscle tension and reduce fatigue.
