The Fenix HL45R headlamp with 1000 lumens of light and a range of up to 220 meters serves as a work flashlight or for leisure activities such as hiking, camping or running. Thanks to the special Gesture-sensing function, the light can be switched on and off with just a wave of the hand in front of the headlamp sensor, which is especially useful if you have dirty hands or work with gloves on. This function is optional and can be switched off at any time and the flashlight can be operated in the traditional way. Power is provided by a rechargeable Li-ion battery with a capacity of 1900 mAh, which is charged via the USB-C port. The battery is removable and can be replaced with three standard AAA cells if required. The main light source is the Luminus SFT-25R LED with special TIR optics with zoom capability, which allows you to easily adjust the light dispersion - from a wide cone to a narrow, concentrated beam over a longer distance. The Fenix HL45R headlamp also includes a red OSRAM GR QSSPA1.23 LED with 130 lumens, which is suitable for discreet lighting or in crisis situations. It offers eight light modes, including a red flashing mode, ideal for emergency signalling.

Osram headlamp offers several power modes for every occasion
A total of 8 power modes are available, including a red flash mode for emergency situations. It offers four white light modes: 1000 lumens (3 hours), 350 lumens (4.33 hours), 130 lumens (12.6 hours) and 30 lumens (54 hours) and four red light modes: 130 lumens (4.33 hours), 30 lumens (25.5 hours), 5 lumens (124 hours) and 5 lumens flashing (240 hours). If the headlamp has been switched off with the side switch, then it will turn on in the last set power mode thanks to memory (except for the highest white light mode, it will turn on in the second highest mode instead). The Fenix HL45R headlamp is easy to operate using the rotary switch with the center button.
Quality design of the headlamp
The Fenix HL45R headlamp is made of solid plastic and aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, featuring low weight, high strength and excellent resistance to mechanical damage. The flashlight meets the IP66 resistance standard, which means complete protection against dust and strong water current from any direction. So you can use it without worry even in heavy rain, in muddy environments or in work activities where water and dirt come into contact. Comfort and stability during wearing is ensured by an adjustable elastic strap that adapts to the shape of the head and holds the headband firmly in place. Reflective elements on the strap increase the user's visibility in twilight, fog or darkness, which significantly contributes to safety, for example when running on the road, moving in traffic or in low light conditions.
Battery status information
After a short press of the button (the headlamp must be switched off), the LED battery charge indicator is activated. Four lit LEDs mean, that the battery is 80-100% charged, three lit 60-80%, two 40 - 60%, one indicating 20-40% and one flashing, the battery is less than 20% charged. This function is only available with the original ARB-LP1900 battery.

Some LED headlamps offer multiple levels of light intensity, adjustable either in steps or continuously.
