Types of weights

• Dumbbells - there are lightweight molded dumbbells for aerobic exercise, as well as the adjustable dumbells for strength training.
• Kettlebells - traditional Russian cast-iron weights that effectively exercise whole muscle groups throughout the body. Exercising with kettlebells combines cardiovascular and strength training, while improving mobility and flexibility.
• Weights - wearable weights for wrists, and ankles, as well as jackets and bags that serve as weights for aerobic exercise and training.
• Bar (shaft) - allow you to add or remove weights according to your needs. Most are limited by the number of discs that can be fitted.
• Plates - added to a dumbbell bar as needed. When buying, make sure that the plates are compatible with your bar.
