Core Flyte

Strengthening the centre of the body, the core, is one of the most important aspects of training, although the belly muscles are small, deeply laid muscles that will not be drawn anywhere, they are extremely important for your overall condition and for the proper functioning of your body in everyday situations. They stabilise the backbone and provide it with support so it eliminates back pain, improves overall stability and coordination of movements. Core Flyte is a unique fitness device that allows you to perform many exercises, strengthening the centre of your body without inappropriate joint loading. Choose the Difficulty

Difficulty can easily be determined by the surface you are going to train on, in other words, how much friction will be created when moving the wheels on the floor. While on hard floors your body will end up on the floor, on softer floors training will be easier and you will have more control of your movement. You can use most floorboards and surfaces, as well as a non-slip exercise pad.
