Adidas Fitness mat - 7mm

The Adidas 7mm thick exercise mat provides reliable support for fitness, yoga, and stretching. It's made from NBR material, which is both lightweight and durable. Thanks to its thickness, it delivers comfortable and soft cushioning to protect your joints during floor exercises. Its anti-slip properties and stable base ensure your safety throughout your workout. After exercising, you can simply roll up the mat for easy storage.

Stability and comfort with every exercise

The mat is designed to give you comfort and safety. The top side has a smooth surface structure that is pleasant to the touch. The bottom side features a ribbed base for greater traction, which prevents the mat from slipping on the floor and increases your stability even during more dynamic movements. The NBR material is characterised by good cushioning and low weight, which you'll appreciate not only during your workout but also when carrying it.
