Using the pump that is included in the package, you inflate the Sissel Sitfit Plus Cushion to a comfortable height of up to 6cm. If you can't find the pin to inflate, it is hidden in the pump handle. Because you are constantly working your muscles whilst you are using your SitFit Plus inflatable cushion you may need to gradually increase the length of time that you use it. For example, you can start with 10 minutes 5 times a day.
