Dissatisfaction, dysfunction
After 2 months of use, it wipes with a dry mop (water refilled-empty), it is often confused in the space, unfortunately I am dissatisfied. Defective charging connector to the dock.

The robot occasionally reports a dirty water container error, but ignores the fault and works without problems. The mop needs to be cleaned manually from time to time, because the robot is not a magician and despite self-cleaning it does not remove all the dirt from the fibres. Similarly, you need to keep the docking station clean where the robot is cleaned + the brush where hair can sometimes get tangled. With regular vacuuming and mopping every day 7 days a week, we changed brushes and mops after about 2 months, but according to the app, the appliance could still stand something (the wear was visible and especially the mops deserved replacement). We change the dirty water and clean water containers every day. The robot works great, occasionally bumping into an obstacle but quite gently and not knocking anything over. He moves very nicely in space otherwise. It will also climb a fairly steep handmade platform (ramp) to a high step/floor. After a few months of use, it started to creak when moving, but the creaking stopped after a few cleanings (ugh). For sure, we have a 5-year extended warranty because this robot really works every day and it's a matter of time before something goes wrong.

This robotic vacuum cleaner was the best decision. We picked it because of the mops that make their way to the station to clean (depending on the setup after a room is finished, or after m²). We have two dogs and a baby at home (no one is afraid of the vacuum cleaner). The vacuum cleaner runs regularly, so we no longer know the tufts of hair or crumbs. I appreciate the connection of the vacuum cleaner to wifi, then we can run it from anywhere. The navigation is also sophisticated, so it doesn't happen to us that it gets tangled somewhere and accidentally sucks something. The maps are fairly accurate. The app is clear, you can select specific room - rooms and options for vacuuming, mopping, combinations. All it needs is a water change. I waited a long time to buy it, but it was one of the best investments. I clean myself about once a month (more for a better feeling). I have a lot more time for other things. We think it's the best on the market.

I've had the vacuum cleaner in for a complaint 2 times now because it is not soaking the mop pads. The problem keeps recurring, so that super machine what should do everything is now a normal vacuum cleaner.
On the other hand, that first week when everything worked, it was an unbeatable household helper.

perfect vacuuming, mopping perfect, mops as well as I do: -). It doesn't bump into things, the app (albeit in AJ, which I don't mind) absolutely simple, intuitive. It's great to be able to run it from work and have it cleaned up before I get home. The cleaning and charging station is great - it empties its own garbage, pumps water, cleans the mops and dries them. Everything works perfectly.

the mop washer and dryer is great
despite all the problems it is an excellent helper and compared to a vacuum cleaner without a docking station it is a step up
sometimes it happens that he doesn't clean even when he is supposed to, he just gets stuck in some phase in the dock and stays there
in more complex environments, is unable to learn where the step is in the environment and regularly tries to navigate through it
The worst is to use the vacuum cleaner on another floor where it doesn't have a docking station! It's complicated, you have to manually switch the map, set it to not go to the station to wash mops and the cleaning has to start at the station to get water. And don't forget to transfer it all back, otherwise it won't clean up. Simply compared to a vacuum cleaner without a dock, it is not fancy and we prefer not to use it elsewhere.
