decent size for both a small meal and the ability to cook for a family dinner
with the right ratio of water, the rice is both tasty and soft
The cooking pot is thick and solid, I'm not worried about burning the surface (the previous rice cooker ended up burning holes in the pot this way as it was thin)
the non-stick surface can be cleaned beautifully so far
the holder for the "scoop" is a completely unnecessary part of the package
can also make pasta, cereal but it needs to be monitored as it is not primarily designed for this type of food
