The headphones are great and everything works great at first, except for the phone mode (see minus - but I don't know if this is a problem with all bluetooth headphones). They fit my ears perfectly, I just had to find the right size of plugs and it's a fact that I can't last more than an hour at a time, it takes breaks. However, what disappointed me a lot, for the price, it didn't last long. According to discussions on the internet, the battery problem is quite widespread. No official and unofficial tutorials full of reboots and resets and various settings have helped. Unfortunately for me, it came just after the warranty expired.

When making a call, the sound switches to "phone" mode and the sound quality is terrible, so you can't listen to music and make a call at the same time (for example, in apps like Teams or Discord)
After 2 years, it doesn't even last 30 minutes. After a full charge the left handset 100% the right 70% and after 15 minutes the right one switches off and has to be charged again.

I am evaluating after more than a year of use. They didn't fit me for about a week at first, and then I finally got used to them. But now I use them almost every day, and I always enjoy the sound of them. After about a year I had to claim them because one of the headphones started to discharge very quickly, luckily the service replaced them in about a week, so great. Hopefully it'll last longer now. Despite these issues, these are by far the best true wireless headphones I've had and I have to give them five stars. Before these, I had the previous XM3 model.
Best sound I've tried on true wireless headphones (even compared to AirPods Pro 2022)
Very solid ANC, auto switching also works quite well
An app with lots of settings, e.g. Equalizer
The foam earbuds fit me perfectly and last a relatively long time (about a year)
Multipoint Bluetooth connection (after update)
App a bit clunky, takes a long time to connect
The audio connection is not perfect either, sometimes it takes a little longer
Occasionally I run into some firmware bug, the headphones sometimes get stuck and restart out of nowhere, once even reset the settings
Uncomfortable shape for some, objectively they are larger
Earplugs don't last forever, and replacements are expensive

So far great satisfaction, for half the price than the iPhone headphone jack costs so Sony offers one class better quality. Great sound bass treble all as it should be with the ability to adjust and set everything to your liking. The great thing is that you can set those commands. Battery life up to 8 hours. Perhaps a minor drawback is that the headphones are large and someone with small ears might have a problem. The surprise was also the sound quality when talking on the phone, even on the other side, they could not tell that I was talking into the headphones in my ears.
For myself I definitely recommend the headphones for the money super choice.

I would not recommend headphones. According to the reviews, I bought Sony instead of Airpods. The sound was ok, but gradually technical problems appeared. The headphones did not disconnect from the phone when I returned them to the box. As soon as I got a call, I had to turn off the bluetooth to hear the caller. After a year and a half, the battery died. The headphones don't last for practically anything anymore and are so useless. On the internet forums this problem is discussed in a big way, so I absolutely do not recommend buying the headphones. The headphones have been sent in for warranty and I'm curious to see how Sony will handle this.
