For me top settings, can be turned on atomatically listening to the surroundings, can be set to automatically turn off the damping when I get home and everything turns off. It's great there is no noise and no pressure on the eardrums. It is a full-fledged replacement for large headphones such as KOSS. You can enjoy quality music with it, they have 360 degree sound as well.

For the first six months I was absolutely thrilled with them and used them daily for work, sport and relaxation. They almost made me stop using my WH-1000XM4 because they are more comfortable and practical. Unfortunately, after less than a year, the right handset started to discharge faster than the left, but it didn't matter much due to the overall long battery life. But then it started to deteriorate rapidly and now, a year and a half after purchase, the right handset doesn't even last 30 minutes and shuts off immediately.
After googling, we found that this is a relatively common problem and in the US Sony replaces defective units free of charge. Czech Sony support only referred me to an authorized service, which completely ignored me. Quite a disappointment with Sony headphones in this price range.

The headphones have different volumes over time. It's probably caused by contamination, but unfortunately there's no way to clean the foam filter without disassembling it
