Theoretically amazing headphones. Small, light, comfortable, holds well in the ear, given the size and weight, the durability is very good, comparable to a number of larger and heavier headphones. The sound is solid, the ANC is among the best and without active modes the headphones should last a respectable 9-10 hours. That's where the praise ends. The left handset often drops the signal for a few seconds, even when I have the phone in my pocket. This occurs even when LDAC is not enabled. I don't have to move far from the phone for the signal to start dropping out completely. The right handset tends to discharge faster than the left, sometimes discharging even when the left still has 20% battery. I listen for more than 5 hours straight at work, so this bothers me a lot. I've owned them for two months now and they've been on claims for over a month of that. After 1-2 weeks of use, the right earpiece started to hum as if you were on the phone and the other side was blowing into the microphone. The problem occurred when any active mode (ANC or Ambient) was switched on. Complaints, replacement. The new piece after about two weeks of use started doing the same thing, only in the left earpiece and always after about 3 hours of use. In addition, occasionally one of the headphones would somehow turn up the bass and needed to be put in the box and taken out again. Complaints, replacement. Now my third piece is coming from the complaint and I expect exactly the same scenario. I've heard from several users on Reddit who started doing the same thing after a while, so this is not an isolated case.

After claiming previous Samsung Galaxy Buds+, the sound was dropping out (mobile in pocket, headphones in ears), almost 2 years old. I bought WF-1000XM4 first, great sound and ANC unfortunately totally uncomfortable, after a couple of hours they hurt my ears. So I returned them. I bought Airpods Pro 2021 (1gen with Magsafe) because I use iOS. The sound and control were great, but unfortunately the ANC was totally unpleasant - a feeling of pressure in the ears, like in an airplane. I sold and bought these. Great sound, the app works and is updated (not like the Samsung iOS app). ANC works better than Airpods Pro. Comfortable and they don't hurt your ears after long use.

I had to return the headphones because after a few weeks of use they wouldn' t charge. The orange light kept flashing, indicating that the temperature was not suitable for charging. Alza refunded my money and I bought the headphones again, this time cheaper. I can't complain.

I bought it after a bad experience with XM4, which were too uncomfortable for long listening and I had to take them out of my ears every 30 minutes to relieve them. Nothing like that happens with the LinkBuds S.
The headphones are very comfortable, extremely small and light, and so is the case.
In addition, sonically, it suits me better than the much more expensive XM4, but at the same time I prefer sharper highs, where compared to the XM4 they sounded noticeably more muted, even after adjusting the EQ.
Unfortunately, they don' t drown out a noisy office as well as the XM4, but as a trade-off for price, and most importantly comfort, I much prefer these headphones.
