After a few months of use, the loose battery spontaneously combusted! It was lying loose in the warehouse at room temperature with no current going into it. It leaked, ruined the carpet, and there's no way to air it out. I don't recommend it!

When the vacuum cleaner arrived, we were very pleased. Saci’s performance was absolutely brilliant. The attachments are great too. The battery life is more than enough for 4kk at full power. The only problem was that the extension bit started to come loose. We sent the vacuum cleaner back under warranty, and it came back unrepaired, scratched, dirty and with yet another fault. The vacuum cleaner started switching itself off at maximum power, displaying error code E7. So it’s back at the repair shop again, so we’re expecting it won’t work at all 😂
If you need to make a complaint about or get your hoover repaired, you’re better off doing it at home…

Pretty poor service when it comes to complaints and repairs – Siguro is apparently part of Alza. I like Alzu, but ‘handling’ goods like this and sending them back scratched and dirty is a major drawback
I wanted a temporary solution until I buy a normal vacuum cleaner. However, this vacuum cleaner does not even meet the minimum requirements - vacuuming spilled flour. Save your money and buy something better, not this toy.
