When talking on the phone with a hearing impaired counterpart, call quality may be an issue.
The headphones are a bit moody at times (a description from a layman who can't describe the technical difficulties of headphones). In the two packs I have used in the last 3 years, some of the headphones have gone quiet even though they were fully charged. The problems went away again after some time.

After a while, they stopped pairing and I lost one soon after. The open box was somehow irritating as well. The sound was loud enough, but the quality was mediocre. I switched to soundpeats and I like them better. Overall not bad, but not great either.

The first wireless headphones. I resisted this move for a long time, saying it was unnecessary and that I would lose them and didn't want to keep charging them. When my cell phone jack stopped working and my MP3 broke, I had to reach for wireless headphones. And it's great, I have much more freedom to move around, walk, clean and drive. They stick in my ears, I hardly feel them, they are not uncomfortable. (But I'm used to wearing wired earbuds most of the day. ) I chose based on the reviews and it's a great choice.
Great headphones, last a long time charged. It can be recharged even in its packaging without being connected to the mains.
I listen pretty much all the time, always just one headphone, so my charge time is double.
Sound good, I am not a connoisseur to judge the top quality.
Even hands-free calling.
If I take the handset out of the box and the phone has bluetooth running, it automatically connects (I know, a miracle of technology, but it's the detail that makes it enjoyable to use, just like the gentle click when I put the handset back in the case).
I have dropped the cover on the asphalt twice and there is not a scratch on it.
Great for long phone calls where you want to get things done.
I was a bit disappointed that the packaging doesn't have a "closure", so dirt gets into it. But I've dropped it twice now and the first thing I would definitely do is break the door off.
Sometimes I get nervous that I can't find one of my headphones in my pocket.
