It sucked quite fine, but at some point it got stuck. To get him out I needed to lift him up, but that caused him to shut down and lose all memory of what he had already sucked. When I turned it back on, it went to clean the whole apartment all over again. This totally sucks, so I decided to return it straight away and I'll try another brand. With these vacuums, it's really important to be able to remember the apartment and know the route they took.

Overall, I am satisfied with the vacuum cleaner. Vacuums well, crossing thresholds handles great, just a little confused on finding the way to the charger. When a collision occurs, the time and map of the vacuuming are erased and it goes as if from the beginning, the pity is that the vacuum cleaner cannot map that it has already finished and the person has to end it himself.

I bought this vacuum cleaner for work, an office of about ten square meters. Initially, I set the cleaning to nights after weekdays, but sometimes after the weekend the machine would stay in Standby mode, which I always had to wake it up from by turning the main switch off and on. I have carpet at work, so I don't use the mopping function at all. It vacuums quite reliably. I take my labrador retriever to work with me, the hair doesn't stay on the carpet. I like the fact that the vacuum cleaner does not deal with the filling of the dirt container. I have an iRobot Roomba at home and it often refuses to start cleaning because it thinks it has a full container, which is objectively not true. Charles always sucks willingly. Its container is also great to clean - just remove the hepa filter and the rest can be washed. It has two brushes, which is probably quite an advantage. Sometimes when I get to work, I find him standing around helplessly. The one by the clothes rack, the one by the potted palm tree, the one on the doorstep. Let's say once every two weeks you get lucky. The good thing is that if I notice it in the mobile app (unlike Roomba, it doesn't report to my phone that it's stuck somewhere, so I have to actively do it myself), I've already managed to use the manual controls (forward, backward, left, right) a couple of times to wiggle it out and send it to the house. He'd crawl onto my clothes rack and stay there hanging. I had to put a foam ball on the leg of the hanger to get him to stop. Niceboy's automation allows you to set a time to clean, and it just will. No other conditions. No cool features like cleaning when you're not home and stuff. After a year and three quarters I changed the hepa filter once. Otherwise, there was no need to change anything yet. This is a slightly "dumber" device. It moves more or less chaotically and draws a completely different picture of my office floor plan each time in the cleaning record. He's pretty creative about it. He often reports that he has driven significantly more acreage and cleanup times fluctuate between ten and forty minutes.
He doesn't argue about having a full garbage can, and he cleans according to plan.
If it gets stuck somewhere, it can be manually wiped out using the app to complete the cleaning

The vacuum cleaner exceeded my expectations.
The mopping function is a cool extra bonus. It has a larger rag than other vacuum cleaners.
I was surprised how great vacuuming and mopping work at the same time.
We have hardwood floors and only one small carpet in the bedroom.
It also coped with the higher threshold between the hallway and the bathroom thanks to the larger castors and their "tread".
Pairing with wifi and Samsung A12 phone no problem.
There are plenty of options for programming cleaning in the app.
The price/performance ratio is just great.
