Improved keys design in comparison to ergonomic 7000
Poor quality firmware of keyboard. Quick typing SHIFT + QAZEDC keys a printed as lowercase letters because of firmware errors. This is inherit design flaw of all these keyboards.
Poor quality of materials. Natural 7000 keyboard pad survived 10 (!) years of programming without visible degradation, this one started to fail in first half of year (look fotos).
Mouse and keyboard periodically hung, until turn-off/on is done.
All these problems persist after replacement by Alza, so it is persistent problem.

I have two sets, one at home and one at work. At work I connect via Dell docking station alternately to HP ntb with windows 11 and to MacBook Pro. At home, I only connect to a windows ntb directly, with an older docking station because it lags. I had to complain about one of the sets, the connection was not reliable and it was getting lost. I like that it works instantly when physically connected. I like the ability to hide the USB plug in the mouse in the battery compartment, the cover of which is held on a magnet so it can be opened without tools. The ergonomics of both the keyboard and mouse suit me. I consider the battery life to be adequate, I don't track it in detail, but I certainly don't feel like I replace batteries more often than once every few months. The numeric keypad is separate. Maybe it could have been all in one piece.

If this keyboard had softer keys it would be ideal. I would rate the mouse in the package as quite good if you have less wide hands, for my hands it is too narrow and the thumb must therefore be constantly in a slightly clenched position and after a week of use already causes quite noticeable pain. So I'll be returning the set after all. For alza: In the future I would very much appreciate a store with the possibility to try out keyboards and mice on the spot, the method of trying dozens of pieces and constant returns is quite demanding (although I very much appreciate the self-service complaints counters and the speed of processing returns within 14 days! ).
