Absolutely terrible headphones, I do not recommend anyone to buy at this price. The only thing I can praise is the design and initial battery life. Now to the negatives and problems. After three months, the left handset started to discharge faster, then the charging contact deteriorated until finally it could not charge again. That was the first complaint. Now, after less than a year of use, new problems. The battery capacity of the box and the headphones dropped to about half. In the beginning, I had to charge the box every 5-6 days and the headphones lasted the whole day. Now I have to charge the box every 3 days and the headphones barely last a few hours. In addition to this, the sound quality has worsened in recent days, when it sounds muffled like a toilet, and I have to have the volume at least at 70%, otherwise I can' t hear anything. They advertise a second time and never again.

1-2 second audio delay compared to the video is quite annoying

Total dissatisfaction, these are the worst headphones I've had. Now they have stopped playing altogether and I have complained I hope they refund my money and I will buy Galaxy buds again.

I even dropped the case (with the earplugs inside) multiple times, but nothing was damaged. I would recommend this despite the one negative point. I love this one overall.

Absolutely perfect sound, strong bass typical of JBL, I can only recommend! They fit perfectly in the ear and you can still choose between earbuds and ear buds. Only ANC could be more reliable, but it might dampen the subway noise quite a bit.
