Battery life when running 3-4 times a week is about 10-12 days depending on the length of the run; beautifully recessed and thus protected glass; great visibility even with only 20% backlight; comfortable strap for clamping; the watch measures the altitude gain based on the map base not on the number of floors recorded by the gyroscope; of course a great app; I personally don't even lack conect IQ.
For some, the possibility of using conect IQ may be missing; it is a pity that it is not possible to download the map base, so you can use the navigation only on the "blind map"

Definitely the price, it's somewhere else compared to the phoenixes. I've had both the fenix 3 and fenix 5. The Instinct has clearly inferior displays (I knew that), weaker dpi, black and white only (I knew that), excellent readability in all lighting conditions (that surprised me). The weight compared to the fenix 5 on the hand are not even feel, the size is also great. And I am quite pleasantly surprised by the endurance. I've had them for exactly a week. I charged them the second day after purchase (battery almost empty from the supplier) and on the fifth day still four bars of energy, which now jumped to 3 because I tried how the GPS works on a 2.5 km track. BT on all the time, notifications etc. I think I'll easily get to 3 weeks endurance. So for me, great.
