I agree with the reviewers who report that the scroll wheel doesn't work properly - it scrolls randomly up and down when scrolling in either direction.
It's enough for basic work - it's not bad to work with. If it weren't for the glitch with the wheel, I would have reservations about the battery life. I use the mouse 8h a day and I haven't turned it off overnight.
