the problem with delivery is not from my experience with Alza in general, but specifically with this product
the product itself is fine
Alza just can't deliver this type of goods, I have several orders. 10 bags of this and two orders have been delayed. Of course I didn't find out about the postponed delivery until the day after the scheduled delivery. And also one order was cancelled without my knowledge. So Alza is making it very difficult for me to build and they didn't bother to compensate for it. There's always some automatic message saying they're sorry.
