great vacuum cleaner from a quality brand. great orientation in space and super mapping. does not hit furniture etc. it perfectly creates rooms by itself and, thanks to the new application, it is perfectly controlled as needed.
After 3 years of experience with the daily operation of the previous model VR3120 in a household with a floating floor of about 90m2 and with a dog, I decided again for the model Concept successor VR3125 and the newer model works very well as well as the previous type, I recommend buying a 3-year insurance, as I did, there is a good chance that after the warranty the vacuum cleaner will require service (eg. battery replacement, or a stuck carat, etc. ), especially if you send him "into battle" every day.
Personally, I do not mind at all that the vacuum cleaner does not have an external dust container, the integrated one is large enough for several days of vacuuming and empties well; the in-app controls are also fine, although the mapping and the controls themselves are a bit different than the previous app for the older model.
The tricky part was the initial pairing with the router (TP-link with WiFi 6) I had to turn off "smart connection" in the router settings when the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz wifina pretends to be one, then only the vacuum cleaner to the wifi logged in. Unfortunately, the Concept only supports 2.4 Ghz wifi.
*I don't use the mop with the robot, so I don't rate it, I think it's more of an emergency
