Hello, thank you for your product review. We contacted the manufacturer and found out that the humidification is passive (it works on the principle of water evaporation) and therefore it is not a humidifier that would create steam. For this reason, the humidity in the room cannot change significantly. Thanks to the carbon filter, the appliance absorbs poisonous, suffocating and other odorous gases and fumes. The ioniser must be switched on at the appliance. We will be contacting you shortly regarding a possible product complaint or contacting the manufacturer itself.

price-performance ratio is probably ok relative to the competition, but don't count on humidification
information about humidification is very misleading, even deceptive. According to the measurements of the two meters, the humidity rises by a few percent (max. 30%) even after a full day of operation, so you need to buy an extra humidifier (which ideally has its own meter and the humidification process takes place automatically according to the set values). Measured in January, room size 16m2, 23C, recuperation and underfloor heating.

The purifier will accomplish the task of cleaning the room of various pollutants by using a variation of filters. Unfortunately, as a humidifier it has very little power and a small water tank, so if you are in a new building or a freshly insulated house/apartment, you won't feel its effect at all. The app is unnecessary as it contains exactly the same functions as on the device itself and on the included controller. Although the night mode has low noise level, people with light sleep may find it disturbing.
