Quality router for good money. Who does not need more than 3 LAN ports will be satisfied. I hope it lasts as long as its Asus predecessor, which lasted 9 years and I only scrapped it because I needed 1 Gbit LAN ports.
Wifi router ASUS RT-AX53U met my expectations, coverage of the apartment 65 m2 wifi signal is excellent.
Easy to install, the web application is clear, with the ability to set everything up as needed and is in Czech.
In an apartment building, the router can monitor the strength of wifi networks in the vicinity and automatically change the channel in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands as needed to minimize overlap with other networks. So it does what I used to do manually by monitoring the surrounding networks with a mobile app.
The power cable from the power supply to the router is short - only 1.5 m. It is a simple two-line; if it were a meter longer, it would save (for some) the necessary extension for a negligible amount of money.
The router gets quite warm, but it probably does not affect the performance. It "heats" even in the idle state, when it consumes about 5 - 6 W.
After switching on, it loads quite slowly, you have to take it into account.
