Bohužel, bruska Graef Diamant není vhodná pro broušení keramických nožů.
Keramické nože jsou vyrobeny z extrémně tvrdého keramického materiálu. Diamant, který se používá na brusce Graef, je sice tvrdý, ale pro keramiku je příliš měkký. Použití diamantového brusku na keramický nůž by mohlo vést k poškození brusného kotouče a zároveň by mohlo poškodit nebo tupě ostří keramického nože.
