The Graef Diamant sharpener ensures a perfect knife edge. Suitable for knives with smooth, wavy and saw blades. Offers 3-stage grinding. In the first step, the blade is given the basic shape of the edge, in the second step it is sharpened and in the last step the edge is deburred and polished. The first two grinding stages are equipped with metal discs with a diamond surface, while the third stage uses ceramic discs. The knives are sharpened at an angle of 20°. When sharpening, the blade is guided by a plastic pen. The discs react to the different strengths of each knife, ensuring the optimum blade shape for each knife.
