You can quickly and efficiently smooth out creases from hard-wearing jeans and other tough fabrics through to delicate clothing such as silk blouses and cashmere sweaters. It is also no problem to iron garments with attachments, such as buttons and buckles.

SteamGlide Elite soleplate

An innovative SteamGlide Elite soleplate ensures superior results with smooth gliding and maximum scratch resistance. Its stainless-steel base is twice as hard as a regular aluminium base while Philips patented six-layer coating with advanced titanium layers glides effortlessly for the fastest results.

1.8l water tank

With a 1.8-litre capacity, you can iron and steam clothes continuously for up to two hours without refilling. When the water tank is empty, an indicator light will give you a gentle nudge. The transparent tank is simple to remove and easy to refill thanks to the large filling door.

Safe storage

Innovative ActiveSense technology not only guarantees ironing without burns but also allows you to safely leave the hot iron resting directly on your clothes or ironing board without fear of damage. This also reduces wrist strain as it is not necessary to repeatedly lift the iron from its base. The quick-cooling soleplate takes care of everything, even if you leave the iron unattended.

Easy De-Calc Plus

Regular descaling protects your iron while maintaining powerful steam performance. The Easy De-Calc Plus system removes limescale and extends the service life of your iron. Easy De-Calc Plus continuously collects limescale. An indicator light and audible signal inform you when it is time for emptying. Once the iron has cooled down—just press the Easy De-Calc button—remove the cap and let the water and limescale particles flow.
