Filters for precise extraction control
Origami paper filters differ from conventional filters by their structure, which promotes faster water flow through the coffee. For optimal results, it is recommended to use a finer grind than standard filters. Before the actual preparation, it is advisable to rinse the filter with hot water to remove the paper taste and keep the coffee taste clean.
