This is another harvest of naturally processed coffee from the village of Keramo. Every year, this location proves that we couldn't have made a better choice all those years ago, and it consistently produces some of the best coffees of the season. When you think of natural Ethiopian coffee, you think of Keramo – a floral aroma, a light, tea-like body, and a sweet taste of peaches and tropical fruit with a long-lasting finish.

This coffee was discovered along with the villages of Shantawene and Bombe during our trip to Ethiopia in 2018. Since then, a close collaboration has been established with local producers, and when selecting Ethiopian coffees, most of our attention is directed here. The wonderful character of the local coffees is primarily thanks to the work of the employees at the processing station. They place great emphasis on sorting the coffee by origin, harvest date, and ripeness, which allows them to control the processing much more effectively. You can look forward to a wonderful cup of Ethiopian coffee with the juicy character of apricots, black tea, and tropical fruit.
