With its performance, the card sits just below that of the GTX 1080, giving you a pretty good idea of its performance level. The GTX 1070 Ti can handle all games in QHD resolution and you do not even have to worry about missing a beat with games in 4K. It also provides direct hardware support for virtual reality.
The NVIDIA GTX 1070 Ti graphics card benefits from the performance of the well-tuned Pascal GP104 chip. Compared to the more powerful GTX 1080, the hardware specifications of the chip are just a tiny bit below. In addition, the GTX 1070 Ti features 2432 CUDA cores, 152 texturing and 64 rasterization units. Due to the stunningly high specifications of the GTX 1070 Ti, there has also been a logical increase in overall consumption, which is now at 180W. An 8-pin connector is required to power this model, and we recommend a high-quality branded source.
MSI builds on a quality cooling system designed to provide optimal operating conditions. Under the cover you'll find two fans, a large radiator with thick aluminium ribbing which is used to dissipate the heat from the graphics card.
