Instructions for use:

• Regularly after each cycle: Bring about 300 ml of water to the boil in a small cup, add a teaspoon of TIERRA VERDE cleansing powder and immerse the menstrual cup in the water. Boil the cup in the solution for a few minutes. Make sure that the water does not evaporate, as direct contact of the silicone cup with the dry hot casserole will irreversibly damage the cup.
• In case of discoloured cups and old stains: Bring 300 ml of water to the boil, remove from the heat, add a tablespoon of cleaning powder and immerse the cup in the water. Leave it there for a few hours or overnight.

Warning:
Store dry at room temperature.
